Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (to taste)
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients and set aside. Cream butter; add cheese and nuts. Stir in dry ingredients and form into roll(s). Wrap in wax paper and chill several hours or overnight. Slice thinly and bake about 10 minutes at 350\u00b0. Watch closely and do not brown.
