White Wine Lobster And Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. peeled tomatoes
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. white wine
1 c. cooked lobster meat
1 c. (about 2 oz.) chopped fresh oyster mushrooms
1 tsp. chopped fresh dill
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly grated lemon rind
1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) cappelini (uncooked)
Preparation

In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter; add shallots and garlic.
Cook 2 minutes; do not brown.
Add tomatoes and chicken broth; cook 8 minutes or until tomatoes are sauce-like, stirring occasionally.
Add whipping cream and wine; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to medium and cook 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Add lobster, mushrooms, dill, salt and lemon rind.
Cook 1 minute or until heated through.
