Harvest Dream Cake(Spice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. brown sugar (packed)
3 eggs, unbeaten

Preparation

Cream together shortening, milk, vanilla, brown sugar and eggs.
Measure flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice into sifter.
Sift dry ingredients into creamed mixture and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
