Macaroni Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni
    1 large can shrimp or 1 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp*
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. diced pineapple
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    sliced stuffed olives
    1 large can green peas (optional)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain and chill.
    Combine remaining ingredients. If fresh shrimp are used, boil 15 minutes, then blanch in cold water and remove shells and center black line.
