Hot Pecan Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. minced onion or onion flakes
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small jar chipped beef (2 1/2 oz. or so), chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt (if using garlic powder, use 1/8 tsp.)
Preparation
    Mix all these together and spread in a small casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
