Stuffed Potatoes Parmesan - cooking recipe

4 baked potatoes
1 egg
3 Tbsp. skim milk
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
paprika
Preparation

Cut a slice off the top of each baked potato and scoop out the pulp into a large bowl. Add egg, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Beat well. Spoon mixture back into potato shells. Sprinkle tops with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
