Skillet Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground meat
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 small can sliced black olives
1 small can sliced green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
16 oz. grated cheese
flour tortillas
Preparation

In large skillet (or electric skillet), brown meat; drain off fat.
Add onion, soup, green chilies, sauce and milk.
Simmer on medium for 20 minutes.
Fill tortillas with cheese and secure with toothpick.
Sink into meat and sauce mixture and spoon sauce on top.
Simmer on low for 10 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and olives.
