Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bread, cubed with crusts removed
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
-
In a greased/buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, place pieces of cubed bread.
Spoon sausage over bread.
Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on next.
