Shrimp Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. diced potato
    1/2 c. onion
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked shrimp
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sherry
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine celery, potato, onion, 1 cup water, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
    Cover; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add milk and flour; stir into potato mixture.
    Add shrimp and butter.
    Cook until thick and bubbly.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
