Southern Cornbread Dressing With Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. broth (chicken or turkey)
    1 hard-boiled egg
    a little milk
    3/4 to 1 c. cooked chopped giblets
    1 to 2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
    salt, pepper and poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Cook giblets in enough water to cover until tender.
    Chop and set aside.
    Heat broth and season.
    Stir a little milk gradually into flour or cornstarch until smooth.
    Add a little hot broth to this; stir until fairly thin and return to pot.
    Simmer until a nice consistency (not too thick).
    Add hard-boiled egg and giblets. Serve in gravy boat.
