Crab Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    1/3 c. cold water
    1 c. hot tomato soup
    1 small onion, grated
    2 large cans crab meat
    1/2 lb. cream cheese
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Dissolve in hot soup.
    Cool. Beat in cheese and add all other ingredients.
    Pour into mold that has been lightly coated with salad oil or Pam.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Turn out on a bed of lettuce.
    A fish mold makes a very attractive dish.
    For heavy hors d'oeuvres.
    Serve with crackers.
    Serves 20.
