Greek Lemon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. rich chicken stock
    1/2 c. uncooked brown rice
    1 egg
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    chopped fresh dill
Preparation
    Place stock in a medium-size heavy bottom saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Add rice and reduce heat to low.
    Cover and cook until tender, 30 to 35 minutes.
