Sour Cream Sauce For Veggies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. poppy seed
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. ground cashews
Preparation

In small pan melt butter.
Saute onion.
Remove from heat and stir in all remaining ingredients.
Excellent over broccoli, green beans, asparagus or peas.
If any leftovers, keep in refrigerator. Then to use again, just reheat to serving temperature.
Don't boil.
