Peanut Butter Roll(Old Fashioned Potato Candy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box 10x powdered sugar
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
peanut butter
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat. Stir in evaporated milk, vanilla and salt. Remove from heat and gradually add the powdered sugar.
Turn out on waxed paper, lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar, and work with hands until smooth. Roll out in oblong shape. Cover with peanut butter. Start at side and roll up to other side. Wrap in waxed paper and freeze. When hard, take out and slice.
Keep refrigerated.
