Baked Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
12 oz. box spaghetti
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
1 large (29 to 32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 can Durkee French onions
milk
butter
Preparation

Brown beef and drain. Add jar of sauce and set aside. Cook and drain spaghetti. Mix 1/2 of sauce mixture with spaghetti and put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Add cream cheese and enough milk to make it smooth. Then spread over spaghetti. Pour remaining sauce over cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes and top with fried onions. Bake 5 minutes longer.
