Lo-Cal Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. Raisin Bran cereal
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1 pkg. Butter Buds (make into liquid)
Preparation

In large bowl, mix cereal, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add eggs, buttermilk and Butter Buds and mix well.
Spray muffin tins with Pam.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Bake at 400\u00b0.
