Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 cooked, deboned chicken thighs or breasts
    2 large tomatoes
    1 medium onion
    6 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 pkg. large flour tortillas
    2 c. shredded Jack cheese
Preparation
    In food processor bowl, add tomatoes, garlic, onion, chili powder, cumin, oregano and sugar.
    Process until smooth.
    Reserve 2/3 of mixture for later.
    In food processor with remaining 1/3 of sauce, add chicken and process until lightly shredded.
    Lightly grease a large, oblong baking dish.
