Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat sugar,
carrots
and oil together.
Add 1 egg at a time and
beat.\tAdd
cinnamon,\tflour and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
