Quick Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes, halved, seeded and chopped fine
    1 small cucumber, peeled, halved, seeded and chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    4 c. tomato vegetable cocktail
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Store covered and chilled for 4 days before serving.
