Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lite margarine
    4 Tbsp. mixed shallots
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    8 giant mushroom caps, reserve stems and chop
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an 8-inch square baking dish. Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat.
    Add shallots and saute until limp.
    Add nuts and chopped mushroom stems and saute an additional 3 minutes.
    Mix in bread crumbs, thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
    Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
    Place in baking dish and bake 15 minutes.
