Cheddar Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. half and half
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Combine flour and mustard in fondue pot; set at simmer.
Add half and half gradually; stir until thickened.
Add shredded cheese, 1/4 cup at a time.
Stir until melted.
Add Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce, heat 5 minutes.
