Diabetic Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin or butternut squash, sweetened to taste with sugar substitute
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon or less
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until smooth.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Turn down to 350\u00b0 until a knife stuck in comes out clean.
