Hot Milk Cake With Broiled Nut Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick and light colored. Add sugar gradually; add vanilla. Heat milk and butter on medium low until butter melts; beat into mixture quickly. Add dry ingredients a little at a time, mixing well. Pour into well greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 - 40 minutes. Spread hot cake with topping.
