Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. Cracker Barrel sharp cheese, grated
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. Cracker Barrel mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    dash of salt
    finely chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped or ground
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped or ground
    1 Tbsp. green sweet pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of cayenne red pepper
Preparation
    Combine the softened cream cheese; mix until well blended. Add other ingredients except the nuts
    ; mix well and shape into a ball.
    Roll ball in chopped nuts and parsley flakes.
    Before using, remove from freezer and set out at room temperature for about 1 hour.
    Makes 2 cheese balls.
