Pizza Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Crisco
1 1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour (add more if sticky)
Preparation

Mix together yeast, warm water and sugar.
Set aside.
Mix salt, Crisco and flour together in large bowl.
Add yeast mixture. Knead until well mixed and not sticky (add a little more flour if needed).
Grease bowl and let dough rise for 20 minutes covered. Press dough into two pizza pans.
Add sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
