Mother Of Millions Cheese Base - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar
Preparation
    Finely grate Parmesan and set aside.
    Cream
    or mash the three cheeses together in the processor slowly.
    Refrigerate, tightly wrapped.
    Return to room temperature before using.
    Makes 1 pound mix.
    Make small balls.
    Roll mix in toasted pine nuts or almonds.
