Country Living Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    equal amounts of: fresh okra, onions and potatoes
    salt to taste
    3 tomatoes, peeled and chunked
Preparation
    Slice okra, onions and potatoes.
    Heat 1/2-inch shortening or oil in skillet.
    Salt the first 3 vegetables and fry until almost done.
    Add tomatoes and cook until done.
    Drain.
