Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. English cut spareribs
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. honey
    1 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Parboil ribs and soy sauce until ribs are tender.
    Drain.
    Add honey to the tomato sauce and baste.
    Let stand about 1 hour. Place in rotisserie basket and barbecue about 30 minutes until nicely browned. Baste often with the sauce.
    Yields 6 servings.
