Homemade Hamburger Helper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can vegetable beef soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, layer raw potato slices. Set aside.
    In a bowl, combine both cans of soup; do not add water.
    Pour soup mixture over potatoes.
    Layer ground beef over soup mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
