Chinese Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until thick
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat sugar and flour; add to beaten eggs.
    Add baking powder. Quickly add 3/4 cup scalded milk.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Melt one stick oleo and pour over cake which has been punched with holes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
