Cheesy Chicken And Broccoli Macaroni - cooking recipe

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cut up
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
Preparation

Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add chicken. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Stir in broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.\tSimmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add Velveeta cheese and broccoli. Stir until cheese spread is melted.\tMakes 6 servings.
