Mom'S Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. low calorie pudding (vanilla)
    1 pkg. sugar substitute (optional)
    1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. coconut
    12 graham crackers, crushed or 3 oz. Grape-Nuts
    4 Tbsp. low calorie margarine
    1 Tbsp. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Prepare vanilla pudding by package directions.
    Add sugar substitute, coconut, vanilla and coconut flavorings.
    Melt the margarine and add to graham cracker crumbs.
    Pat this into pie tin for the crust.
    Refrigerate and serve with Cool Whip for topping.
