Cranberry Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. cranberries, chopped
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
Put egg, sugar, orange juice and oil in blender.
Blend only until mixed. Add cranberries and nuts; blend.
Add dry ingredients and stir until barely moistened.
Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until a tester inserted comes out clean.
Cool before slicing.
