Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. rice (uncooked)
    3/4 to 1 c. hot water
    Tabasco sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine oil, onion, green pepper and ground beef.
    Brown the mixture.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
