Pumpkin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. Nabisco 100% bran cereal
1 c. (1/2 can) pumpkin
3/4 c. skim milk
1/3 c. light corn syrup
2 egg whites
1/2 c. raisins
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Combine bran cereal, pumpkin, milk, corn syrup and egg whites in one bowl; set aside.
Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder together and add to first bowl, stirring just until moistened; add raisins.
Spoon batter into 12 section muffin tin coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes; cool out of pans on wire rack.
Makes 12.
