Sugar-Free Pineapple Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. unsweetened crushed pineapple
    1 large sugar-free vanilla pudding
    1 c. light sour cream
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Lightly mix together pineapple and dry pudding mix.
    Add sour cream and mix well. Pour into cooked pie crust and refrigerate for 3 hours. Top with Cool Whip and return to refrigerator for 1 more hour to set.
