Hot Sausage And Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Remove
    sausage
    from
    casings.
    Cook in large skillet, breaking up
    with
    fork, until no longer pink.
    Drain off fat. Spoon
    into
    large
    bowl.
    Cool
    completely.
    Add
    remaining ingredients.
    Mix until just blended.
    Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on large cookie sheets 2-inches apart.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until puffed and browned.
    Makes 120.
