Tortilla Pinwheels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. each)
1 tsp. minced onions (dehydrated)
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 can green chiles, chopped
1 Tbsp. picante sauce
12 flour tortillas
Preparation

Dampen the minced onions with water and set aside.
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, picante sauce and chopped green chiles.
Drain excess water off the minced onions and add to the mixture; stir well.
Spread generously over tortillas.
Roll up tightly.
Refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, slice crosswise, making pinwheel pieces.
Will keep for several days in refrigerator.
