Mrs. Clark'S Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    rind of 2 lemons
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. whipped cream
    cookies of choice
Preparation
    Separate eggs; beat together egg whites and 3/4 cup of sugar until stiff.
    Combine egg yolks with lemon rind, lemon juice, sugar and whipped cream.
    Fold yolk mixture into beaten egg whites.
    Line a spring-form pan with cookies of your choice (sugar cookies work well).
    Pour egg mixture into pan and freeze for at least 8 hours.
