Rio Ramen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck or ground round
2 pkg. taco seasoning
2 tomatoes, diced
1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 jar taco sauce
3 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed (prefer Oodles of Noodles)
2 c. shredded lettuce
2 c. crushed nacho chips (white corn chips)
Preparation

Brown ground chuck; mix taco seasoning with ground chuck as instructed on package and simmer.
Cook Ramen noodles as instructed on package, except mix seasoning packet in noodles with ground meat that is simmering.
Drain noodles and rinse with hot water.
On dinner plate, spread 2 heaping tablespoonfuls of noodles; top with Cheddar cheese to cover top of noodles.
Top with ground chuck mixture.
Top with the following:
taco sauce (5 tablespoons), shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and crushed nacho chips.
\"Mix together and enjoy.\"
One package of Ramen noodles makes 2 servings.
