Busy Day Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow or twist macaroni
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans tomato-rice or tomato soup (undiluted)
    1/2 tsp. parsley, chopped (optional)
    grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Boil macaroni according to package directions. Drain in colander and set aside. In same pan, combine oil, onion, pepper and beef. Saute until beef is brown and onion and pepper are soft. Add oregano and salt. Add soup and mix well. Add cooked macaroni and mix again. Stir and heat until heated through. Add parsley and grated cheese to taste.
