Chicken Breasts And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts (whole or boned)
1 c. cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. cooking Sauterne
1 (3 oz.) can B & B mushrooms
1 (5/8 oz.) can water chestnuts (whole)
1/4 tsp. crushed thyme
Preparation
-
Brown chicken breasts in butter in heavy skillet.
Place in deep baking dish, skin side up.
Mix rest of ingredients and pour over chicken breasts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, covered. Remove cover and bake an additional 25 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
