Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped apples, peeled
1 c. walnuts
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
3 large or 4 small eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs.
Add sugar, salad oil and vanilla.
Mix well. Sift all dry ingredients together and add to mixture. Blend together good.
Fold in nuts and apples.
Pour into a 10 x 13-inch pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
