Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe bananas
    2 eggs, beaten until light
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 very ripe bananas
    2 eggs
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. shortening, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. mashed ripe bananas (2)
    1 1/4 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease loaf pan.
    Cream shortening and sugar until light.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Stir in bananas. Sift together the dry ingredients.
    Add to banana mixture.
    Mix until well blended.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until tests done. (The riper the bananas the longer the baking time, up to an hour.)
