Banana Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    2 1/2 c. Milnot milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 large bananas, sliced
    1/2 c. peanuts, crushed
Preparation
    Cook together sugar, flour, egg and Milnot.
    Add vanilla.
    Let cool.
    In a bowl, make a layer of 1/2 bananas, 1/2 pudding mixture and 1/2 peanuts.
    Repeat layer, using remaining ingredients.
    Keep refrigerated.
