Tropical Fruit Cooler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. hot or boiling water
2 pkg. fruit flavored gelatin (strawberry, cherry or raspberry)
6 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. lime or lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
5 c. orange juice
6 fully ripe bananas
1 qt. chilled ginger ale
1 (No. 2) can pineapple juice
Preparation

Add hot or boiling water to gelatin in a large mixing bowl; stir until dissolved.
Add cold water and fruit juices; stir in sugar.
Chill.
Just before serving, mash or whip bananas until smooth and creamy.
Beat into mixture.
Add ginger ale.
Garnish with fluted slices of banana, pineapple, strawberry, lime, lemon or orange (use any one or any combination).
