Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
4 eggs
1 1/4 vegetable oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Preparation

Mix together strawberries, eggs and oil.
Sift dry ingredients into strawberry mixture.
Stir to blend thoroughly.
Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans or 4 small loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out dry.
