Fat-Free Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. Egg Beaters
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of ground red pepper
1 c. liquid Butter Buds, heated
Preparation

In electric blender, combine Egg Beaters, lemon juice and red pepper; blend at medium speed just until mixed.
Without turning off blender, pour in liquid Butter Buds in a slow, steady stream. Continue blending until mixture is smooth and thick.
Keep warm in double boiler until ready to serve.
