No Fail Kraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. water
1 c. salt
1 c. white vinegar
cabbage
Preparation
-
Put chopped cabbage in clean sterilized jars.
Combine all other ingredients and let dissolve.
Then pour slowly into jars over cabbage and seal lids.
It's ready to eat in 4 weeks and doesn't turn dark.
