Chocolate Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
    mocha, vanilla or almond cream cheese filling
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Beat well after each addition; blend in vanilla.
    Sift flour, soda and salt together.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Mix well after each addition.
    Blend in melted chocolate.
    Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Cut horizontally into 3 even layers.
    Spread filling between layers.
